First, a quick note: to view all entries in the address list, just
press l from the keylist menu, then hit enter without typing any
search terms at all.

The bn can go online via its dial-up modem, if you have dial-up
service (some internet providers offer free "emergency dial-up" as
part of a high-speed internet package, so check with your provider).
It may also be able to share the pc's connection via serial, if you
can find the right cable. All you need, if memory serves, is a "null
modem cable", with female 9-pin connectors on each end. Electronics
stores like computer repair shops or, in the United States, Radio
Shack should carry them, though they are harder to find nowadays.
However, before you buy one, wait for someone else on this list to
confirm my thinking here; it is possible that ks4.x cannot do this,
and/or that you will run into problems using WMDC (Windows Mobile
Device Center, which replaced Active Sync in Windows Vista and 7).
WMDC is also how you connect to the pc to share files, again using the
serial cable. If you don't have a serial port on the pc, usb to serial
adapters are available so that you can plug your serial cable into the
adapter, then the adapter into a usb port.
