Hi,
I had this problem before too. Many people did. Here's what you
do:
Go to this site:
www.humanware.com/en-usa/support/braillenote_apex/software
From this page, download the Bookshare Hotfix for KeySoft 9.1.
Save the file on the root of your SD card and press reset.
Once you do that, you'll now be able to download and unpack books
on your Braillenote.
