Greetings Scary:
I once had a QT BrailleNote and the same thing happened to me;
the key just flew away. I was able to repair it, but it did
continue to wobble a bit. As I recall a little metal piece held
it in place, so finding that piece was important. With that
metal piece placed in the key it could be popped back in place
with a gentle pressure.
Otherwise, a short trip to Humanware would be needed.
