The gMail way is what I do. Be warned, though, that new lines will be inserted by the gMail converter where they may not be in the original file. It is more convenient to use gMail, but one of the converters mentioned in previous messages may be better since it should not give you all those new lines. I have not used one, so they may well have the same problem, but I doubt it.
