Hi, I e mailed Humanware yesterday to ask about changing the broken key of my Braille Note Classic QT. They emailed me back and said the no longer repair or give technical support for the classic line but that there is a trade in program for Classic to apex. Has anyone used this and if so what does it entail? thanks
