I'm not sure if this same thing works on Keysoft 7.5 and earlier, but I just noticed yesterday that using the letter h at a drive prompt will access the "hard disk", which is what the bn calls a USB drive. While I was running 7.2 about half a year
ago, that didn't work, and I didn't think to try it after upgrading to 8. Only thing is, I don't think there's an easy way to access "hard disk2", which is annoying.
Also, I hope HW fixes that thing where it can take proportionally FOREVER to read the free space meter the larger the drive is. I have a 16 gb HP drive, and it takes about three minutes to give me the reading, during which time my bn is nothing
more than a silent brick unless I hit reset. It's a pity there isn't such a thing as a USB to CompactFlash converter, since CF cards are just as fast as the internal flash memory, and sd cards are not too bad themselves.
