Hi,
This happens with speech turned on, right? If speech is on and
this happens, then its a lock-up. Also, if this problem is
reproduceable, then I think its just something going wrong with
that particular situation.
To reinstall KeySoft 9.1, you can download the hwi file for 9.1
and install it without having to install the product key first,
as 9.1 key would be present already.

Hi, I'm still encountering problem with freezes that occur with
keysoft 9.2. I was doing a find text in keymail message and my
apex froze after doing that task. How can I uninstall 9.2 and go
back to 9.1? The freezing is happening randomly.
