Hi everyone,

  When I try to create a new file on my USB drive, the
BrailleNote Apex displays the message, "The system cannot find
the file specified." Also, sometimes when I open a file, it's
simply empty; I have to reset the unit and open the file again to
make the text reappear.  Neither of these things happen when I
use the Apex's flash disk.  Any suggestions?
