Hi folks,
Some people wrote to the list and to BrailleNote Users site
admins that, when streaming audio links is enabled and if you
attempt to stream some podcasts on Media Center page, it gives
"cannot open" message or doesn't work at all. After testing, it
was determined that this happens on files which are stored on our
site server and stored on the same directory as the Media Center
page, indicating parsing issue with KeySoft's media player or
server-specific problem. Thus, until further fix, I'd like to
kindly advise to BrailleNote podcast lovers to download the file
first because listening to these files (turn off streaming
audio).
For techies: I went to a number of websites such as Blind Cool
Tech and BGZ with my Apex with streaming enabled - and files on
those sites played. However, when I attempt to play files that
are stored on our site server, it doesn't work (and this is for
our files only, not others), indicating some server problem or
cene.
