You might need to reinstall the license file, by going to
license.humanware.com and logging in with your email address and
serial number, if you haven't done so already.

Subject: [Braillenote] activating Nemith tutorial on Apex
Hi list,
When I first received my Apex 2 years ago my license for the
Nemith tutorial was already loaded and it worked fine. Earlier
this year, when I upgraded the Apex, the Nemith tutorial
vanished. I have repeatedly loaded my license and tried to make
it work. No luck. Any ideas?
