Hi folks,
I'd like to announce that a major update to BrailleNote Users
site (www.braillenoteusers.info) is now up. Featuring
completion of wordprocessor podcast and a new way of contacting
site admins, this version lays the foundation for more
interaction with you - the viewers.
New and fixed things in this version include:
* Media Center: Two new podcasts on wordprocessor are up on our
site: part 4 of the podcast describing format commands and part 5
discussing spell checker and setting up printer and embosser.
* New ways of contacting us: The "Contact Us" page now has a new
look: a contact form has been added to allow you (the viewers) to
send us a message regarding problems with site content,
suggestions for new content and so forth.
* File streaming: The issue with not being able to stream some
podcasts on Media Center has been fixed. So you can either
download or stream podcasts now.
* Corrupted file downloads: Fixed an issue regarding corrupted
zip files from Program Library.
In addition, we've laid the foundation for an exciting feature
(coming soon). As for Monday's TekTalk recording, its not up
yet, but as soon as it becomes availible, we'll put the link to
it on Media Center.
