Could you elaborate on the dangers of attempting to create your own braille
table? I think you are right, but maybe some elaboration might help other
listers.

I'm afraid you're going to have to accept the fact that the Apex doesn't
support Hebrew. I wouldn't recommend playing with any of the language
tables. You'll have to use your PC and your Apex in the braille terminal
mode for reading and writing Hebrew.
