Sorry for this yet another error report...
Problem: In KeyList Address List), KeyMail (Email) and KeyBase
Database), when invoking print or emboss, KeySoft says, "cannot
find path specified."
Symptom: When a user wishes to print or emboss say, a number of
contacts, an important email or a list of members stored on a
database, upon selecting print or emboss, KeySoft says the
following:
"the system cannot find the path specified."
This happens after a template has been selected (KeyList and
KeyBase), or right after print/emboss has been selected at the
prompt "emboss/print or setup."
Procedure (duplicated with KeyMail):
1. Open KeyMail and read some email in InBox (or other folders).
2. Select an email, then press SPACE with DOTS 2-6 (CTRL with
ENTER).
3. Select either emboss or print.
4. At the emboss/print or setup prompt, press ENTER to select
emboss or print. KeySoft says, "cannot find path specified."
Second case (with KeyList and KeyBase, but easier to duplicate on
KeyList):
1. Open KeyList Menu and select Print.
2. At the setup prompt, select print.
3. At the template name, select "phone list." After pressing
ENTER, KeySoft says, "cannot find path specified."
Note that other than this problem and "operation completed
successfully" error in KeyPlan, printing/embossing works (tried
using file as embosser/printer port), including KeyWord and
KeyWeb. This was verified using KeySoft 9.2.1053. Thanks for
