my student has a BN empower. we have a Romeo attaché pro embossed with a USB connection. We tried to emboss a document today and nothing happened. We went through all the steps listed in our book. The last time we embossed off the BN it was with a serial connection. We did change the embossed settings to a USB port. Any suggestions?
