Has anyone encountered an issue as the following: 1. Transfers file from Braillenote MPower to thumb drive as a Microsoft Word Document 2. Opens file on a netbook (print appears fine) 3. When printed the lines seems squashed and the print looks like 6pt (although print has been checked and it's 12pt). Any assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
