Hi, one suggestion I have is go into keymail and go to write a message. Fill in your own details in the to field (you only need to do this because it won't let you go on unless there is an address in there), go down to attach a file say yes then go to where you have this file and hit entre. Then hopefully it will say something about it being a keyword document would you like to send as another format. You should then be able to choose microsoft word from there. If this works you can either send it to yourself or try hitting entre on the attached file and open it from there.
