It would make a great deal more sense if you would find a Microsoft CE
programming manual and read it to learn how to use its batch facility
and other commands. As I warned beginning programmers during my career,
be extremely careful. If you fry Keysoft or cause it to uninstall or
delete itself, or get the internal drive to format, you could delete
Keysoft without having an installable version; then you'd have to send
the machine back to Humanware for repair. Judging from the Apex manual,
Humanware hasn't designed a developer kit for its products, and they
weren't designed to be programmed except by Humanware tech support or
software developers.
