The bn may not be able to interpret Microsoft Word 2010 files.
Maybe that's why it's doing that.
When I send Microsoft Word documents to my teachers, I just
create a Microsoft Word document in KeyWord. I don't need to use
a PC because I don't need pictures in my files.
Therefore, I think that's the best way to solve this. If she
doesn't need to paste any pictures into documents, I think she
should just use KeyWord Microsoft Word documents.
