Hello, I do, yes. What if you set your default file type in keyword to
microsoft word? Then you wouldn't have to worry about creating ms
files, or as i do, write them in braille, then translate them.
  As for your issue, I have never had this happen. I have sent .kwb
files to my teachers, and they have told me that an error came up
telling them to install a certain program to read them. But, I find
that microsoft word does in fact work well for this type of thing.
