To mention anyone on Twitter, just put an at sign followed by the
username. HW is not on Twitter, but say you wanted to mention me:
Hey @mehgcap, I have a question: ...

Notice the username comes after the at sign with no spaces or anything
between them, but punctuation can follow the username if you want.
