Hi,
For Kristen: were the source files produced using the BN or via Word 2010? If via BN, then lines can't run together unless some formatting settings have changed. If via Word, then I guess I have nothing else to say further for now (need to experiment with it). For Allison, could you send the original PDF file as an attachment to my email address off list? I'd like to run some tests on it to find the culprit.
cheers,
Joseph

Hi,
I have been having the same problem with Microsoft word files.
When you exit your document, the Apex should say "document has
been modified" and ask you if you would like to save this as a
Keyword document. I would try saving your file as a Keyword
document before reading it. Does anyone else have other
suggestions?

Subject: [Braillenote] Question about PDF files

Hello,
I received a Pdf file which my Apex converted to a text document,
but many of the words are run together, which obviously makes
reading difficult. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Also
can it be converted to grade two Braille? I made some changes and
it said the document was modified and asked if I wanted to save
it as a keyword document. Would that have helped with this
issue?
