I didn't imagine that I'd be helping you now, as it's usually the other way around! * Smile! To answer your question, your planner database might be corrupted, and you may need to erase the database and recreate it. I used to get this error in Keymail when sending or rvcg emails, and that's what HW told me to do. However, I'd advise that you get clarification on this from HW before you do this, as it can do some damage if it's not needed. So, wait until HW emails you back, and if they don't, I'd call them and ask if you need to erase your Keyplan database. If this is the case, I'd do it while the HW agent is on the phone with you. Hi,
I don't know what's going on, but every time I attempt to emboss
or print planner appoinments, it says:
"The operation completed successfully."
Here's the setup:
Problem: When attempting to emboss or print planner, the
following error is given:
The operation completed successfully.
Procedure:
1.  Open KeyPlan (Main Menu, P).
2.  Go to Emboss or Print.
3.  Select Emboss or Print.
3.  Select a date range (it could be the same day).
When the ending date has been selected and if ENTER is pressed,
the error will be given.  This happens even if the KeyPlan folder
has been erased, system has been warm booted and printthe or
embossing of planner has attempted.
