Hello:

If it is the charger, then tell Humanware that they sent you a clunker; if not, I would go to the battery shop and purchase a replacement battery.

If you are in school, you might ask your stateS blind services for help as they may be able to give you a loaner or purchase the repair for you.

Best of luck.

Subject: [Braillenote] now I'm not sure what to do

Hi all,

I'm really not sure what to do. Should I just call HW on Monday and have them send me a new adapter or should I send it back? I don't expect to keep the unit that much longer, I just hope it'll get me through this school year. Maybe as a short term solution I borrow one? The student my dad works
with also uses a BN.
