Using the "print to file" option you can save multiple email messages relatively quickly and including headers. You can edit the template so it will save the header information you want (except for attachments; they won't be in that "print" file). You then need to rename the print to file.txt or whatever it's called in the temp folder on your flash disk to something else and you could store it anywhere. My favourite way of moving messages from my KeyMail inbox!
