It does, but not always all the script that a page tries to use.
Javascript exists as a way of programming increased functionality into
a page and can be quite advantageous - I have made a calculator,
blackjack program, unit converter, and other utilities out of JS. The
problem is when sites expect the bn to handle scripts it can't, like
dynamic content, change/focus/blur events, AJAX, and others.
