Hi, as far as I know you can put as many emails as you like in your email folders. The only thing that might happen is if you put to many in there the database could become corrupted and then you will loose all your messages.
What I do is under keymail, setup, recieve options where it says delete email from surver after recieving I have it set to if in the trash. So this way they only get deleted if I want them to be and then if you have anything happen to the database or your braillenote you will still have the messages on your surver so you can get them back. The only big issue with this is how many your provider lets you leave on the surver before messages start getting bounced. As for your lost messages try looking in the all folder in keymail. If you haven't deleted the messages yourself then a copy should still be in that folder. The all folder contains any messages you have sent or recieved and not deleted. Sometimes I can't remember which folder I may have saved a message so the quick way to find it is to go in the all folder. Hope this helps, >From Shaz.
