You should be able to put hundreds in there with no problem, so don't worry about that. Why would you want a second address list? If it won't be used for keymail (as in sending to addresses when writing an email), you can just use a keybase database. The manual describes using keybase in great detail, so I would start there and let us know if something doesn't make sense.
