If I remember right, it started as a program for Windows 3.1 back in the early days. It was then ported to the Keynote Companion, Humanware's (then PulseData's) first portable notetaking device. It landed on the BrailleNote classic in 2000 and has been around ever since, following all branches of the bn family. It no longer exists for standard Windows computers, not even as a command-line program. The only way to run it, if you could even find it, would be to set up a virtual machine and install Windows 3.1 on that.
