I am hoping one of you might be able to help. I am attempting to connect a voice note empower to the audible manager with audible.com. I selected braille note from their site and it downloaded whatever it was supposed to download to my computer. I then selected activate device from the audible manager, typing in my name and password when prompted, and audible managers does not see the ntoetaker. My computer and the braillenote communicate, but audible manager is not coming to the party. I have phone HW tech support and was referred to Audible.com, who just kept breathing into the phone occasionally asking me what help I was needing. After explaining multiple times I did finally give up that fight. Has anyone else had this problem and found a work around?
