I tried for a year to get this to work and just gave up. It is not nearly as straight forward as I was told.

My computer and the braillenote communicate, but audible manager is not coming to the party. I have phone HW tech support and was referred to Audible.com, who just kept breathing into the phone occasionally asking me what help I was needing.
