Hello, I'm using an Apex from my workplace running version 9.0. I loaded a
two-megabyte .doc file, and when I use book reader to load the file, I get
maybe the first twenty pages, but then it just stops and makes the end of
book beep. If I try to load the file into Keyword, it makes the progress
beeps indefinitely, until I have to press the reset button. Must I convert
this to another format, or is there something I'm overlooking?
