Hi, I don't know how many emails the keymail database can handle. I currently have 1810 in mine. However I have it set to not deleted messages off the surver unless they are in the trash. This way if the database needs to be deleted and recreated I don't loose any of my messages. But at the moment things are going very slow if I want to delete a message or find out how messages are in one of the folders so I think I have got enough and if I go for much more then I might hit some problems. As I have said so far there is no problem with the number I have except for the keymail slowing down so you can feel safe downloading a few hundren message before you get into trouble.
