Congratulations! You'll absolutely love not having to deal with wifi
cards anymore, and no more virtual memory warnings on keyweb.

As to files, yes, everything should transfer just fine. You will have
to do some copying and replacing, plus some resets at certain times,
but the process is relatively easy. My suggestion is to call hw tech
support and have them walk you through the whole thing so you are sure
you get everything and it is done the right way. There are some
caviots about going from an mPower to an Apex and hw will be up on
exactly what to do and what to watch for. They will probably tell you
to back up the mPower and then restore that backup to the apex, but
there may be other steps you have to take, especially if you have any
extensions (gps, dictionary, or the Nemeth tutorial).
