Hi,
What is the arumber shown alongside the error message? Is it 10050, 10060 or 11001? I have a strong hunch that it's got something to do with the actual connection method rather than POP server details unless if you were able to use a particular connection to browse the Internet; if you were able to browse the web using your particular connection settings, then we can go into email account settings; if not, we might want to go through connection issue first before going into KeyMail settings.

Hi to all.
I am havving difficulty with my braillenote apex.
When I try to go to connect to send and recieve emails, it sais error
connecting to pop server.
What shuld I do.
Is there a setting I need to change?
Please reply soon as possible, I really need to get keymail up and running!
