The only "gotcha" here is computer braille, and it seems to be a
humanware problem. If you set the apex to use 8 dot computer braille,
then try to use 8 dot braille on the iOS device, it will not work. You
must be in 6 dot braille on the apex for computer braille to work
properly on iOS. Again, I believe this to be humanware's bug, nothing
to do with iOS.

As Will said, the nice thing is that you use all the usual commands
for Safari - nothing special just because you are on a website. You
still use toe rotor, swiping, and good old-fashioned screen touching
to move around, you still double tap edit fields, checkboxes, and all
that, you still use the buttons at the bottom of the safari app to
manage things (bookmarking, adding to reading list, adding to home
screen, going back or forward, all that)... It is daunting at first,
but there is nothing for it but to get comfortable using the iPhone's
commands, then start doing all your browsing on safari. I think you'll
pick it up pretty quickly.
