Hi,
You need to go to HumanWare's website and download the packages
again:
1. Go to HumanWare website.
2. Select "Support" link.
3. Go to BrailleNote Apex link.
4. Click "Software" link.
5. Go to Optional applications link.
From that page, download the following:
* Concise Oxford Dictionary (US).
* Nemeth Tutorial.
Download these to the root of the Flash Disk (that is, none
folder). After download is complete, press Reset and after a few
moments, KeySoft will start with the question about installing
packages.

Hi. I got my new apex last night. When I got it it had the
oxferd
dictionary and the nemeth tutorial. i have accidently done the
wrong type of reset and now they are gone. Is there anything I
