Hi all,
I am wondering if anyone has experienced the same problems that
I am having with my BN BT Apex 32 running KS 9.2. Almost every
time I switch from Keymail to Keyweb while I am in an email
message, the BN freezes and I have to do a reset. However, when
I reset, I get no startup sound and no Braille or speech. This
is a problem as I have the unit password protected, so I have to
press NEXT with SPACE to turn Braille back on, but then I get
both Braille and speech, not just Braille.
Does anyone know how to help with this problem?
