Sounds like your BN was bought by your school, like mine. Talk
with your TVI and maybe both of you can call HW while you are in
a session with the TVI, as I did with mine.

You must go to license.humanware.com then log in with your email
address and apex serial number. Once you do, assuming your email

record and not one for your school or another organizitaion, you

get an email with the files you request through the website. If
