Hi, Jessica and list. It's easy to fix things when you get an access denied message when trying to use a keylist or database file. Use the file manager to get to your keymail folder. Hit space with x until you get to see the list of all
including hidden files. Now mark everything and unprotect the files. Sometimes the bn will be sneaky and protect database or keylist files. I'm not sure why it does that, but thank heavens it's easy enough to force the bn to stop being a jerk.
