My student has a BN empower and is in sixth grade. We are trying to get her on line. The school has a network, a LAN line and wireless available. We tried to connect this morning, using the ether card and the LAN line. It didn't seem to make a connection or give us an option to enter any codes, POP numbers or anything..
I need step by step directions, so that I can ask our tech dept for the information that we need to access through the school.
