Hi Allison. I would suggest it is surver based and if you are able go up on your survers website and log into your account and see if there are any settings there to change and make it work for you.
I have been using this feature for a number of years on my MPower, PK and now my Apex without any problems. I have used a number of differant email providers and have always had it work to delete off the surver if in trash. I also have my outlook express set to delete off surver when deleted from deleted items and have never had a problem with it either. So my only suggestion is to have a look at your surver and see what you can find. I can't remember how I found this option first because it wasn't mentioned in the manual or when you used the help command when on the option in the keymail. Once I found it I have used it ever since and it has saved me when my PK crashed a number of times due to a full flash disk. This way I never lost any of my important messages. Interestingly | enough, it doesn't list that option in the manual. | Allison Fallin | | ___ | Replies to this message will go directly to the sender. | If your reply would be useful to the list, please send a | copy to the list as well. | | To leave the BrailleNote list, send a blank message to | [email protected] | To view the list archives or change your preferences, visit | http://list.humanware.com/mailman/listinfo/braillenote | ___ Replies to this message will go directly to the sender.
