When I upgraded to 9.2, I didn't have this problem. Not sure why the keys would go missing though. Yes, that is correct, where you got your key is also where you should be able to get your key for the dictionary.

Hi, the page where you got your key for the keysoft update should also have your key for the oxford dictionary. I'm not sure about the GPS I have never
used this myself.

The other option is to contact your local humanware person and ask their
advice.

I would be interested to know if this is a comman issue with the upgrade or if your case is just a once off. Until now I haven't had the time to upgrade my Apex but hope to do it very soon and don't want to have issues over my
dictionary.
