Hi folks, details is as follows: conversion: it is done through
the site itself when you go to yakitome dot com, your on the home
page. click on a link that says free text to speech. when you
get to that page go to the sign up link. when you get to that
page, fill in all fields. when you get to the birthdate fields
when you try to move forward it will freeze to fix this, go to
the top of page, then go to the bottom of page. press space with
dots 4-6 to go back one input control. you should see an open
account button. click that and congratulations! your signed up!
be careful though as they'll send you a confirmation email. but
you'll have to go to gmail web site to read it, because its in
the spam folder. as for conversion process, go to yakitome dot
com again, and go to the free text to speech link. then log in
to your account. now when your logged in press f till you hear a
link that says from file. click that. then move by input
controls and set your settings for the recording such as voice,
speed, and so forth. now you'll see a u browse button click it.
it will bring you to the folder name and file name prompt. you
must save your files and txt or doc files, because these are the
only files it can recognize. then select the file you want and
hit enter. the next button should be a cancel button. the next
button over is the convert button. click it and when the page
loads it should say something like this: yakitome mayson march
17, 2012 if it says the first parts your file, then its uploaded
and converting if not then just wait till its uploaded and then
it should say the first part of your file. if you have any
questions about the other converters let me know. next step how
to tell when your file is done. go to podcast library. press a
till you hear all my files and hit enter. then press e once only
and you should hear edit source attributes or something like
that. Press backspace once if you hear download one, write mouse
click on this button, thn it is ready. if you don't see it,
then that means conversion of your file isn't done yet. if you
click on the download link and it says http 404 not found then
its done but you'll have to press enter with b to go back and
click on the link again. this means the bn couldn't find the
file. now if you get http and then a series of numbers and
letters after it? that also means that it's not done converting.
hope this is very detailed! I don't know if this works on m
power, you could try it. it does work with apex. note, on apex
scripting must be disabled. hope this helps you all a lot!
