Recently my mPower was sent into Humanware to have the braille display repaired as well as some other issues it was reported to have. The charger wasn't sent in with the mPower because it was misplaced between taking it to DBVI so it could be sent into Humanware and I was sent a another charger. However, this charger is different from the original one that came with the unit. I have only had the charger since Friday February they 3. When I check the status of the battery it will either only increase its charge one or two levels higher or it will decrease its charge. Inaddition, as I attempted to take some notes from my training class from my job using the unit, I have had to press the reset button several times because the unit freezes or simply shuts down and restarts by itself. I am using Keysoft version 8.0 which is what Humanware upgraded it to. Is there anyone who has experienced this and if so, can you tell me what's going on and if there is something I need to do to correct this?
