Hi,
What's the type of printer you told KeySoft to use: is KeySoft set to use HP printers (either Deskjet or generic)? If yes, then its the printer not understanding that a print job was in progress. If the type is not set to HP series, then change the printer type to HP series (from printer setup list) so KeySoft can select the correct driver.
Cheers,
Joseph

Hi,

That's right.
Yes, it is connected. There is both paper and ink in the printer.
And, yes, it works with my pc.

Hi,

So, your BrailleNote thinks it is printing, but the printer does
not. A problem indeed.

Silly Question: Is the printer on? Connected? Has paper and
fresh ink? Does it work with any other source, like a PC?

I do hope that this printer is compatible.
