Hello all. I just finished testing out a set of sounds I've created for use
on the bn. Instead of sound effects, the sound files I've made hold recordings
of keynote gold speech saying different things.
For example, the progress of something is indicated by the bn saying the word
"busy". In all, there are eleven files in my new sound scheme. I actually
managed to get them quite small (only a few k in size).
I've uploaded a zip file containing the sounds onto Dropbox. So if you would
like to obtain these sound files, feel free to use this web link.

I'm not sure of the procedure for apex users, but I assume it's probably the
same as for the mPower. If it's not, someone please correct fellow apex users
on this point. What follows is the steps for mPower users, since that's what I
have.
If there isn't already a windows folder on your flash disk, you should create one. Then, unpack the "bookshare book" (zip file) at the windows folder on your flash disk. For the sounds to take effect, simply do a reset with no keys held down. After the message about system files being updated, hit reset again, and the sounds should be loaded. If you want to go back to the original sounds, delete my sound files from the windows folder on the flash disk and do a hard reset (with dots 4 5 6, or letters j k and l held down).
 Good luck, and enjoy!
