I have a question that maybe someone can help me with. I have an
Apex Bt 32 running the latest version. I have a wireless
connection. My husband and I both use PC's and Braille devices
and have a router. Sometimes when I try to connect, the
connection is very slow and the percentage goes up slowly and
then stops. Of course Cox says it's my Apex and HW says it's
Cox. That's bad enough, but if I give up and do chord e, my
machine often locks, and if I push reset, the dots just gradually
go away and I often have to do a 456 reset. I don't understand
why I can't just go back to the main menu if I hit chord e.
While I'm asking questions, sometimes when I leave a site I get
an exception error which means I have to reset. Doable, but
annoying. Any thoughts from you techies out there.
