Hi, I have used both a 32 and a 18 cell braillenote at times. You don't have to do anything different to the files it just means the people with the 18 cells will have to press the advance button more times then the 32 cells people will have to. It also doesn't make any differance if it is in keyword or Keybook.
the only thing I would look at is what they have the setting in braille options in the option menu for showing new lines. I have mine set as indent one cell but there is a number of options there for you to choose from. The default is a symbol that might confuse people if they haven't seen it before.
