It is probably the one-piece unit. It will be a rectangular box with
the two prongs on the back. The prongless side will be slightly curved
and have ridges running parallel to the long side (in other words,
running up and down) on it. A chord comes out of the bottom, opposite
the side with the prongs, and ends in the plug that goes into the bn.
