Hi,
And I assume you're using Bluetooth connection for
terminal? If yes, then we can get going with WMDC using a USB
cable and KeySync. So, if you haven't, download Windows Mobile
Device Center and KeySync, install WMDC and when WMDC prompts you
to, connect the BN and the computer with a USB cable.
Cheers,
Joseph

Thanks for the clarification. I want to use each of these
services for their
individual uses. As you may see once my other postrs have hit
the list, I am
currently using my bn qt as a external braille display/keyboard
with Windows
7. Using JAWS 13.0.718 (the latest version.)

Hi,
Networking is not a syncing process - its mostly used as a
archival medium
so one can copy or edit files between a BN
(client) and a computer (server). If you're talking about
syncing as in
syncing contacts, then you need Windows Mobile Device Center.
Cheers,
Joseph

R you or anyone else could find the steps for syncing with a bn
qt, Or (bt)
that would be helpful as well. I own a bn qt, using Keysoft 9.2
and
connected to a windows 7 machine.

Hi,
Because of network architecture differences between INGP and 7,
you cannot
browse your network folders on your computer; however, if you
tell a Windows
7 computer to share a folder (with easy to remember folder names
and with
read/write permissions checked), then at the folder prompt, you
can type the
sharer folder name, add it as a favorite and access it.
The steps to do this are in archives, so when I find it (or if
someone finds
it), I'll post them here.
Cheers,
Joseph

Does anyone know how to get an mPower to successfully use its
network
feature with a computer running Windows 7? I've gotten my bn to
find my
laptop, but I can't get access to it. I've no idea where to go
in Windows 7
to set up the network access and stuff.
If anyone could help me with this, I think I'd find this as
useful as I
find syncing.
